What we collect
PetBillsUK is a content site. We collect minimal data:
- Server logs — IP address, user agent, pages visited (standard web server logs, retained 30 days).
- Analytics — anonymised, aggregate traffic data via Google Analytics 4.
- Cookies — only essential cookies plus Google Analytics cookies (no advertising cookies).
What we don't collect
- We don't collect names, emails, or contact details unless you submit the contact form.
- We don't sell user data to third parties.
- We don't run advertising networks that track users across sites.
Affiliate links
When you click an insurance provider link and buy a policy, the provider may set cookies to track the referral. We have no access to these cookies and they don't identify you to us.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, ask for it to be deleted, or complain to the ICO. Email privacy@petbills.co.uk.
